Great place, area and people are cool and it's a fun area. Room was fine, no complaints. Fun trailer park is behind it, good to hit for fun. Pool was open, no one around to trip over dress code. Only complaint was no room service - lol.
Stayed 2 weeks. Excellent housekeeping staff. Older room but well appointed and kept scrupulously clean. New management working hard to make customers happy. Close to everything. Don't let the farm workers stop you from staying. They are gone most of the time and quiet when they are there. We saw NO evidence of illegal activity and we were there a lot.
Not the best, but not the woest affordable, and a cal King bed. The cleaning job was kind of crappy and a lot of updating could be done. However the history is strong with this location I could see this being one of the first hotels on the strip back in the day. With some updates this place will be lit! Very Bates Motel vibe, definitely loved that aspect, because I had a gun and know how to handle, plus I loved adventure. Best part is it's directly next to the best damn sushi place in all of Yuma!!!

This was the best service I've ever had. The food was delicious there was a lot of it to portions were very big and the price the price was great it was low cheap and I just can't express how did the service was I loved
